Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Your plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. If you run out, you can purchase additional credit top-ups from the billing page. Top-up credits don't expire.
Developer plan users can configure a webhook URL. Whenever we publish new predictions (sports, forex, or crypto), the data is automatically POSTed to your endpoint with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification. Failed deliveries are retried up to 3 times.
We cover three markets: Sports (football, basketball, tennis, hockey, MMA & more), Forex (EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, and 20+ major currency pairs), and Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana & altcoins). Free users get limited sports predictions, while Pro and Developer plans unlock all markets.
We accept cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (BSC & TRC-20) for subscriptions and AI credit top-ups. Card payment support is coming soon.
