1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SykikAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SykikAI provides AI-powered sports predictions, accumulator suggestions, and analytical tools. The Service includes:

  • Sports prediction tips and analysis
  • AI-powered prediction models accessible via web interface and API
  • Accumulator and multi-bet suggestions
  • Webhook delivery for API plan subscribers

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current period ends
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
  • AI credit allowances reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle
  • Purchased AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once used

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to our support team and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. AI Credits & Usage

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Additional credits may be purchased separately. Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features such as the AI Playground and API endpoints. Credit costs vary by AI model and usage volume.

7. API Terms

API access is available exclusively to Developer plan subscribers. By using the API:

  • You agree to respect rate limits (100 requests per minute)
  • API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly
  • You may not resell API access or redistribute prediction data commercially without prior written consent
  • We may suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage

8. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

SykikAI does not provide financial, gambling, or betting advice. All predictions, tips, and analytical outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on our predictions
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or any specific outcome
  • Gambling involves risk — only bet what you can afford to lose

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data beyond permitted API usage
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limitations
  • Share or redistribute paid content without authorization

10. Intellectual Property

All content, predictions, branding, and technology are the property of SykikAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SykikAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any predictions or analysis provided.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
